I am not sure if anyone noticed of not, Adobe has just released a new update for folks who are using Adobe Photoshop Elements and it's a great news for people who have been facing some problems while using their Wacom Tablets !!! So, it's time to update to Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.0.3 and enjoy working with your Wacom Tablets !!! Cheers !!!
Now next thing is about the improvements one can see in this update and how to update your current version with this latest upgrades !!!
Actually this update is about resolving problems like :
1. Photoshop Elements Organizer in 9th version does not work properly with Wacom tablets.
2. The Brush Tool in Photoshop Elements Editor did not work properly with Wacom tablets.
3. A file which is open in Editor and its tabbed with main user interface, Wacom stylus could not be used to close it...
These are few main issues, which are improved through this update. This information has been picked from adobe' official website !!!
How to apply Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.0.3 Update on your Computer/Mac :
1. Launch Adobe Photoshop Elements and open any of the application ; Organizer OR Editor.
2. Go to Help Menu and click Updates.
3. Adobe Applications Manager window will open up in front of the application.
4. Now look for Adobe Photoshop Elements 9.0.3 update under Photoshop Elements 9.0.
5. Make sure you check the option for this update and click Update button. (Please note that all checkboxes are checked in screenshot shown above, which means that on pressing UPDATE all these updates would be applied on my machine)
6. When updation is complete, close Adobe Photoshop Elements.
7. Make sure that all components were closed while update was running.
8. Relaunch Photoshop Elements.

Another fact worth noting is that Wacom users need to follow below mentioned things to properly handle the third problem regarding files in tabbed view :
1. In Photoshop Elements editor, select Edit > Preferences.
2. Select 'Allow Floating Documents In Full Edit Mode'.
3. Click OK.
